These signs are from 2016-2017 and have a more melancholy tone that I've now moved away from, but I'm offering them again (including the tumblr-viral NOTICE sign).

These signs are heavy-duty rustproof aluminum, the same type of manufacturing used for official street signs. They're laminated for durability, made to last for 7+ years outside, with rounded corners and already have holes punched for easy installation.
